Southern Peas

Southern peas, also known as "cowpeas," have been served at Southern tables for countless generation. The group includes crowder, cream, and black-eyed peas. Interestingly, these peas are not really peas at all—they're beans. But no matter how you categorize them, Southern peas still make a tasty side dish for supper!
