It is useful to plant enthusiasts as well as&nbsp;Florida Master Gardener Volunteers and Florida 4-H Youth&nbsp;preparing for state contests. Images and information on 200 vegetables, fruits, flowers, and landscape plants are included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Use Florida Plant ID<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are four plant categories: fruits and nuts, vegetables, flowers and indoor plants, and ornamentals. After choosing a category, you&#8217;ll find a list of plants that are included in the competition. The low score from the team of 4 will be dropped. You can also participate as an individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do your own work \u2014 no talking during or after.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 minutes per station with a 5 minute warning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you finish early, stand against the wall in your group. No talking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need clarification of the sample or the sample moved, raise your hand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gentle touching of ID samples is okay.
