Leaves are\u00a0<em>simple<\/em>,\u00a0<em>entire<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>elliptic<\/em>\u00a0in shape, and are arranged alternately on the stem; they are deep green and very\u00a0<em>pubescent<\/em>. New growth has pubescent stems.
