Juvenile leaves are\u00a0<em>entire<\/em>, but mature leaves are perforated and can reach a length of 30 inches. They are glossy, bright green, and irregularly variegated with lighter green, yellow or white. The juvenile form is the most commonly seen. It is a common houseplant; in warmer locations it has been used as a landscape plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be noted that the UF\/IFAS Assessment of Non-native Plants in Florida&#8217;s Natural Areas has predicted <a href=\"https:\/\/assessment.ifas.ufl.edu\/assessments\/epipremnum-aureum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pothos to be of high invasion risk<\/a> and is no longer recommended for outdoor planting.
