Celery (Apium graveolens var. dulce)

Flat, notched, yellowish-green leaves, which are lobed and toothed, are attached to crisp, fleshy, smooth-ribbed leaf stems joined at the base to form long cylindrical stalks. Both the stalks and leaves are edible. The striped seeds are very similar to carrot seeds, but much smaller.
