Brussels Sprouts (Brassica oleracea, Gemmifera group)

The plants are upright with a single stalk thickly set with small, firm, cabbage-like heads. Leaves are similar to broccoli and cauliflower, but more circular in shape and grow in whorls. Seeds are similar to cabbage.
