Muhly Grass (Muhlenbergia capillaris)

Clumping upright grass growing 3 to 4 feet tall. Fine textured leaves (blades) are simplelinear and green in color. Veins are parallel. Delicate, pink to purple flowers appear in a mass in the fall. A white form is also available.
