Aglaonema, Chinese Evergreen (Aglaonema spp.)

Aglaonema is an herbaceous perennial. Commonly used as a house plant, it reaches a height of two to three feet. The glossy variegated leaves are lanceolateevergreen, and nine to twelve inches long. They may be solid green or have attractive silver or white markings along the primary veins. The white flower blooms in the summer.
