Coontie (Zamia integrifolia)

Low growing, evergreen, gymnosperm, usually lacking a trunk and with dense foliage in mound-like clumps. Palm-like leaves are pinnately compound, usually linear lanceolate to 6 inches long, dark green, leathery with slightly serrate to revolute marginsentire to finely toothed above the middle.
