Eggplant
Eggplant is another vegetable that can be successfully grown in the warm-season garden. Varieties that will thrive in Florida include 'Black Beauty', 'Dusky', 'Long', 'Ichiban', and 'Cloud Nine'. They come in a wide range of shapes and colors, including white varieties such as 'Ghostbuster' and 'Easter Egg'!
