Dr. Martinez is an assistant professor in water resources management. His research and Extension appointments focus on urban water resources and water quality, the effects of climate variability on water resources, and other topics. Dr. Martinez received ME and PhD degrees in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida.
